The Balance spreadsheet gives you an overview of your Programs budget, comparing actual expenditures to budget—you’ll use this when managing your budget.
The Top spreadsheet summarizes budgeted amounts from all individual programs spreadsheets—when developing your budget, this spreadsheet gives the level of detail management typically wants to see.
 
The Trade Show spreadsheet manages trade show related expenses, including promotion, development and at-show events.

The Other Events spreadsheet manages other events such as seminars, user groups, industry meetings, etc. It includes event promotion and execution.
The Advertising spreadsheet manages your advertising campaigns for any media. You enter ad development costs here; media placement costs are automatically summarized from the Media Plan spreadsheet.

  The Media Plan spreadsheet gives you an intuitive visual tool to plan your media calendar, and then calculates media costs and places them in the Advertising spreadsheet.
The Direct Marketing spreadsheet manages your direct mail and email lead generation campaigns.
The Collateral spreadsheet manages costs of developing your sales collateral.
 
The Public Relations spreadsheet manages your PR budget.
The Product Packaging spreadsheet manages costs of developing and printing product packaging, CDs, etc. (Note: this isn’t always Marketing’s responsibility.)
