Three Critical Project Plans
You
get complete project plans for three critical advertising development projects,
so you'll know just what steps to take to develop your brand,
develop your logo, and develop print advertisements. Each
plan provides key milestones, explains what must be done- by whom, and the
length of time each task should take. The Project Plans also show task
interdependencies within the project so you know which activities are
critical to milestones – directly impacting their completion dates. The
plans help you pro-actively discern the status of the project on an ongoing
basis, manage resources and budget requirements, and track your project from
inception to fruition. You can also make adjustments to the schedule when
required in order to meet your delivery date.
For
those of you who do a lot of traveling or prefer to read text, we provide weekly
email project briefings. These project briefings mirror the project plans
and cover the tasks that must be accomplished for any given project in any given
week. The project briefings are based on the start/end date you designate for
your projects. These briefings maximize productivity
and increase effectiveness.
And
to alleviate the often painful and unpredictable project planning process, we’ve
developed the plans so you can start them from any day of your choosing:
including an end date. So if you’ve just been informed that the company
needs to deliver ad materials to a publication on December 20, you can key in
December 20 and your project plan will automatically & conveniently roll back
based on that end date!
These
are complete project plans, ready to load into Microsoft® Project. If you use
another project management system, we also provide Project export files in
Excel® format, for import into your project management system.
Advertising and Media
Budget Samples & Templates
The
Toolkit includes sample advertising and media budgets, and Excel workbooks you
can use to proactively plan your advertising development and media
expenditures. These budget templates help you manage campaigns, programs, and
expenditures – so you can stay on top of changes in your budget. Based on years
of practical experience, the media plan template will help you plan ad campaigns
and monitor ad flights across different media vehicles, and ensure that you
don’t ‘go dark’ at critical times.
